Aperture Magazine
Aperture Foundation in New York commissioned our design studio A2/SW/HK to undertake a complete
rethink and design of their flagship photography magazine. The first
issue launched February 2013 with
a new editorial direction, a new
format, new paper stock, new grid
system, new structure and of course
a large set of custom fonts, Sans +
Serif styles. Aperture Magazine is published worldwide in 27.000
copies, 4 times a year.

our typeface REGULAR for their rebrand of the biggest broadband provider in NYC. Our REGULAR
typeface was also chosen as
their brand typeface and feature
in all communication. MOTHER
NEW YORK was commissioned to introduce the rebrand to the public with a series of short TV stings,

Royal College of Art
'Calvert Brody' – A new brand
typeface exclusive to RCA
in London. The font is based
on Margaret Calvert's 'Calvert'
typeface and was art directed
by Neville Brody from Research
Studios
. The font will be applied
across all communications
including a new signage programme
developed by Cartlidge Levene.
'Calvert Brody' has been designed
in 3 weights: Light, Medium & Bold.

A2-TYPE were commissioned to customise our 'Outsiders' typeface
and have added rounded corners
plus revised a number of characters
under the direction of Graham
Clifford Design
in New York. Amplify. has exclusive rights of this specific version of our
typeface which
they use for all communication
